Musil – Industry and labour museum “Eugenio Battisti”  Brescia IT 2002

An old industrial building is the new museum of industry and labor. The vast nave is re-organized with the various functions required, the space is divided into indoor pavilions and free to be juxtaposed paths. The outer shell of the structure is in Corten bars.

"In 2003, I was part of the design team for the new Musil Industrial Museum in Brescia. Led by João Álvaro Rocha, our group proposed organizing the various exhibition spaces within the vast nave of the old industrial factory, along with constructing a new tower to house office and administrative areas. The outer shell of the structure was crafted using Corten steel bars. Our project, which involved two phases and competed internationally, earned the third prize."
