Architectural design and construction details, differents projets (Technical Design, second year projects)
Students will enhance the precision of technical details in creating an architectural concept by integrating various technological aspects (equipment, structure, bioclimatism, etc.). During their project, they will also develop the three main aspects of the plans taught throughout the training course, namely: design, technique, and graphic expression."
It is requested to develop a partial submission document for "private" and/or commercial assignments, focusing on the theme of collective and unusual HOUSING, considering a specific program, urban planning characteristics, and architectural aspects of an existing situation. These workshop projects are based on three distinct themes:
The first project involves the transformation/renovation/extension of an existing building, taking into account topographical details, public regulations, and program data.
The second project entails a small contemporary "urban building" integrated into an urban context, designed with reference to existing and recent architectural themes.
The final-year project focuses on a small building themed around collective housing with mixed functions, located in a complex urban context.
